HSE POLICY

Diamond Energytech Company Limited will conduct its activities in a manner,
which ensures the health and safety of its employees and others that may be
affected in any way by the Company’s activities.
Diamond Energytech has the following priorities and prerequisites in conducting
its business:
• Protect our health and safety in the workplace
• Prevent and solve our environmental issues, limit pollution at the source, and
make efficient use of natural resources
• Limit the human health and environmental impacts of our operations
• Educate ourselves and our customers on the safe and environmentally
responsible use of our products and services
• Support the development of responsible standards internally and externally
which enhance our HSE principles
• Actively communicate, implement and monitor HSE compliance
• Unlawful or unethical HSE conduct is not tolerated
• HSE is of equal important as other business activities
• The safety of staff during working operations.

    prevention, reduction of natural resource consumption and
    emissions, and the reduction and recycling ofwaste
  •  Apply our technical skills to all Health, Safety and Environment
    aspects in the design and engineering of our services and products
  • Promote awareness of issues relating to Health, Safety and
    Environment towards our employees and contractors, improving
    their individual skills through appropriate training programs and
    information.
  • Develop, maintain and test procedures and resources for dealing
    with emergencies in order to reduce the impact of incidents to a
    minimum
  • Monitor our performance and check our management system in
    order to improve rules and procedures in conducting our activities.
  • Maintain a consistent and transparent dialogue with applicable
    authorities, local communities and other stakeholders, openly
    communicating our HSE policies, standards, programs and
    performance.
    These listed principles are in addition to our basic obligation to
    comply with our company standards as well as all applicable laws and
    regulations that apply to our operations. Where we believe laws and
    regulations do not adequately protect human health and the
    environment, we will strive to apply a higher standard.
    Our HSE policies and standards are reviewed on a regular basis to
    ensure they are suitable and sustainable for all our business
    operations.
